About St David Group
We are property developers and have been around for over 30 years. These days we specialize in High Quality Aparthotels. Our ideal property is a character building we can strip back to brick and turn into a 10 to 20 apartment building with all services available that offer our clients a “home from home” experience.
We already have 5 buildings in Barrow which has a large number of contractors going in and out of the town working for BAE as well as being commutable for the lake district. One building is up and running, 2 more will be by summer time and the other 2 are awaiting planning permission.
Our attention now is moving to both York and Blackpool where so far we have bought one property each but our intention is to have in total 90 to 100 apartments in each city. Both York and Blackpool have a need for high end accommodation as at present there is only 5% of this market covered.
We fund all of our projects through private investors and my role is to find further investors as we expand our brand. I am looking therefore for Direct Investors, Intermediaries such as accountants, IFA’s, Fund Managers indeed anyone with access to High Net Worth individuals and companies looking to invest in property.
We offer two types of investment for our investors, fixed interest loan notes and equity based investments.
